混凝土钢筋的高周疲劳试验
DEKRA拥有44,000多名员工，是欧洲领先的试验服务公司之一。除了专注于汽车和工业设备试验之外，该公司还将其试验服务组合扩展到了其他行业当中。对于混凝土钢筋的动态试验，ZwickRoell向德国Saarbrücken的DEKRA机构交付了一台250 kN高频疲劳试验机Vibrophore。
试验目的
新购的这台250 kN高频疲劳试验机Vibrophore主要用于混凝土防腐的高周疲劳试验和（准）静态拉伸试验（符合ISO 15630以及其他标准），最大试验荷载高达250 kN。
根据混凝土浇注样件的尺寸制作样件，然后用机械夹持装置进行测试。应根据国家/地区的特定标准执行试验。具体选择哪个标准最终视客户而定。
试验的目的是验证耐磨耗性能是否符合标准要求。独立的试验机构将向混凝土防腐生产商提供符合性的声明。
